Credentials for Game Day Media
Panther Stadium Guidelines for Sideline Media Credentials
Duncanville ISD welcomes media representatives to cover district sporting events. Because of limited sideline space, athletic and student safety, and UIL rules, the district reserves the right to withhold requested media credentials for any reason without explanation and to issue media credentials based on several criteria, including:
Media Credentials:

Duncanville ISD accepts credential requests from writers, photographers, and videographers representing professional media publications such as newspapers, TV stations, radio stations, and media outlet websites.

To qualify, media outlets must content that is not solely social media-based (e.g., X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).

Outlets affiliated with recruiting sites or those producing only game highlights or individual player videos do not qualify.

Photographers and videographers from affiliated but non-Duncanville ISD organizations, such as booster clubs, sponsors, & etc may be granted sideline access at the discretion of the Stadium Manager.

Duncanville High School and other campus organizations (CTE /Journalism students, Communications Interns, etc.) may be provided sideline passes based on administration and Stadium Manager permission.
Recruiting Organizations:
Recruiting-related outlets will not be granted sideline access unless approved by Head Coach of said sport.

Deadline: All credential requests must be submitted by 4pm on the Wednesday before the game. For more information, please email dethompson@duncanvilleisd.org
Media Policy

Any person on the sideline with a camera of any type must have pre-registered with Duncanville ISD and be in possession of an official Duncanville ISD Stadium media pass.

Duncanville ISD reserves the right to remove the holder of any badge from the premises at any time.

All media must stay out of restricted areas (i.e. players box)

All approved media must pay attention to the athletes in the field of play at all times.
